 Back in 2007 Stevie Cripps had an idea - Why not create a website designed to offer news releated beds to the broadcast industries for free.
This idea wasn't that far fetched as a business model - PRS and it's worldwide associates being the key. The NBDC concept was born. Stevie took his idea to his colleague and long term friend Richard Evans and together they took the idea a stage further and began producing the music. In January 2008 the first site was created and became and immediate success. By February a large number of stations were onboard. The site was proving to be very popular with the bigger stations wanting the quality and smaller stations having access to a professional sound. 2009 sees the launch of the brand new site offering a comprehensive audition and application system with even more music choice and it still remians free for users that register music to PRS and it's worldwide affiliates. As well as offering remixing and re-editing on all existing Newsbeds.com packages for clients, we now also offer a fully bespoke
compositional service that gives the larger stations an opportunity to have a suite of beds and imaging created at zero cost.
